The IDI Assessment: News and What’s Next
News –

Thanks to everyone who has taken the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) to date. We are excited to share the results of the assessment with the congregation on March 2 (1 p.m. in the church Library). There is still time to take the assessment, but we wanted to share a few logistics.
- If you have not taken the assessment yet, there is still time. You can request a code through the link here. Once you receive your code, please take the assessment by February 26th.
- If you have already signed up to take the IDI but have not received a code, please do not request again. We will send you the link and code shortly.
- If you have a code, but have not taken it yet, please take the assessment prior to February 26th.
An important note: The IDI website will be down for maintenance mid-February. If you have not taken your assessment yet, you will not be able to access the assessment from February 12 -16. Thereafter, we expect you will be able to use the link and code without issue.
We are offering three opportunities to review our Congregation’s Results in March (you need only attend one session):
- March 2: we will host a session to review our congregation’s aggregate results at 1 pm in the Library. We hope you can join us for this session either in-person or on Zoom. No RSVP necessary.
- We will host a second session to review our congregation’s results on Wednesday, March 12 after as a Community Dinner breakout group.
- We will record one of the sessions in March and make it available for those unable to attend.
If you are interested in receiving your individual results, we will be offering one-to-one meetings with an IDI Qualified Administrator after services throughout March and April. These meetings will take approximately 20-30 minutes. You must have attended (or watched the video of) one of the Congregation Results meetings. We will have a sign-up available in early March for individual sessions.
