Nov. 10: Post-Election Witness and Regroup – Singing in Solidarity

sermons | 9:00am & 11:00am

Sunday Worship at First U Two services: In person at 9 a.m. In person and livestreaming at 11 a.m. November 2024: True Justice: Rooted in Reverence, Cultivated in Connection

What can we discover in the liminal space that exists within every moment?

This service explores the “in-between” moments that hold potential for transformation. Through song and reflection, we’ll embrace this threshold space as fertile ground for intention and connection, preparing ourselves to move forward with purpose.

Children & Youth

Religious Education is in classrooms this Sunday.

Please check the website and the Children, Youth, & Families calendar for more information—different age groups frequently have different schedules or special events.

If you have not yet registered your family for this year of Religious Education, please register your family today. All familie —new and returning, with babies through high schoolers—must register each church year.

3 p.m.: Gabriel Mersy Memorial Service

Our hearts are with Barb Mersy, Lynn Anderson, and their son, Nathaniel, as they grieve the sudden death of their son and brother, Gabe Mersy, at the age of 25.

On November 10, we will join together in community to mourn and to celebrate Gabe, and to wrap the family in our love and care.

The service will begin at 3 p.m., and a reception will follow at approximately 4:30.
