Between family and community commitments, work obligations, self-care and rest, and the pain of a broken-hearted world, it can be overwhelming to know how to respond to the many different needs that are constantly asking for our attention. How can we discern what we are really called to do, how we should show up, and how to sustain our bodies and spirits in all of these spheres of our lives?
