Making More of the Women’s Marches on Washington and in Minnesota!
We strongly encourage UU marchers to attend this Post-March De-brief and Mobilization Meeting. This debrief meeting will help us extend our efforts beyond the march and challenge us to continue to lean into our racial justice work. It will be a chance to unpack your experience of the march and set your sights on moving forward in commitment to the liberation of all people. Friends and family are welcome!
Our leaders for this evening will be Lena K. Gardner, a collaborative organizer with Black Lives Matter Minneapolis, the Unitarian Universalist Standing on the Side of Love campaign, and co-founder of the Black Lives of Unitarian Universalism organizing collective, and Rev. Ashley Horan, the Executive Director of Minnesota Unitarian Universalist Social Justice Alliance (MUUSJA).
