Artist’s Reception with Beth Andrews

Join us after worship on Sunday, June 25 for a reception for artist Beth Andrews, whose paintings are currently on view in the gallery space in the social hall. The medium used in Andrews’ paintings is called “Encaustic.” It is a mixture of beeswax and resin and the process involves layering and scraping back, hiding and revealing. The finished product has the look and feel of an archeological finding. Artist Beth Andrews will be in the social hall after worship – you’re encouraged to come meet her and view her work!
