Workshop: Change Your Kitchen to Help the Climate

The Environmental Justice Team (EJT) at First Universalist invites you to join them in finding new ways to undertake the spiritual act of protecting the Earth, with a series of workshops this winter/spring.

Reduce your carbon footprint by adopting a plant rich diet and reducing food waste (smart planning to organics recycling). Learn more about climate impacts of both and practical tips for making change. Includes tasty plant rich samples and guest speakers!

Leaders: Suzanne Sorensen (RD, nutrition counselor with training in plant-based diets), Angela Wyatt (climate activist who has lived on a plant-based diet for 14 years), Betsy Allis (EJT, community health activist and educator), Susan Keller (EJT, environmentalist since 1970)
