Celebration of the Maple Sugar Moon
Fundraising Dinner
Minnesota Interfaith Power & Light and Honor the Earth, a native environmental organization led by Winona LaDuke, are joining forces to host this exciting event at First Universalist.
Join us in the Social Hall for a 4-course indigenous feast by The Sioux Chef featuring indigenous foods in precolonial recipes in celebration of the upcoming maple season of Native Minnesota. Silent Auction begins at 4:00 PM. Dinner, celebration and Native music begin at 6:00 PM. Cost is $60 per person with all proceeds to support campaigns to protect our land, water, and health in the face of extreme energy extraction.
