To significantly mitigate the climate crisis, there are a lot of problems humans need to solve — and one of the biggest problems is right under your feet: the soil. “Kiss the Ground” is a 90 minute documentary narrated by Woody Harrelson that sheds light on an alternative approach to farming called “regenerative agriculture” that has the potential to balance our climate, replenish our vast water supplies, and feed the world.
Here’s what one of our EJ team members had to say about the film:
“IT WAS AWESOME!!!!!!! Everyone on the planet needs to see this!!!!! We need to do everything in our power to show this to the whole congregation. This information is a huge part of saving this planet and becoming healthier ourselves.” – Susan Keller
Please view “Kiss the Ground” on Netflix (account required) prior to joining the discussion on Oct. 19 at 7 p.m.
Environmental justice team members Stephen Merrill, Stan Sattinger, and Susan Keller will lead the discussion.
