Daytime Connections: “Nutrition”

Have you tried to get the most out of your personal nutrition but feel frustrated? Are you looking for tips to stay a healthy eater? Join us for a presentation by a registered dietitian on healthy nutrition. Presentation will include fun facts, games and fun knowledge for all.

Please arrive at 10:45 a.m. for sign in and coffee.

Program begins at 11 a.m. and is followed by lunch at 1 p.m. A $5–15 donation for lunch is encouraged; more if you can, less if you can’t. No one will be turned away for lack of funds.

Through Daytime Connections, older adults empower each other to live intentional, joyful, purposeful, and spiritually fulfilled lives.
