What is the Faithful Action Leadership Council (FALC)?
FALC is the newly formed body that will set the direction of faithful action ministries at First Universalist, balancing our efforts for systemic change and serving immediate needs. The council works through a racial justice lens and is made up of representatives from the Board of Trustees, First Universalist Foundation, the Racial Justice Leadership Team, lay leadership of each partnership, advocacy coordinators, and an active liaison to MUUSJA.
