Daytime Connections: “Intentional Aging”
Through Daytime Connections, older adults empower each other to live intentional, joyful, purposeful, and spiritually fulfilled lives.
Intentional Aging: How Can I Be Proactive with My Upcoming Transitions?
Too often life changes come without warning, and we have to react quickly. However, we can have more autonomy and be the author of our lives if we make a plan. Join us to consider your main challenges about the transitions ahead and talk with experts:
- Diane Sprague, Director of Lifetime Home Project
- Ann Dunagan, New TRUST Parish Nurse
- Nate Ahlberg, Financial Planner, Accredited Investors
- Linda Walker, Social Worker, SW Senior Center
Programs include a presentation, discussion and small meal (a $5 donation is requested for the meal). To RSVP, contact Sandy DiNanni at sandy@firstuniv.org or 612-825-1701. Co-Sponsored by the Planned Giving Committee
